Series of events during Remembrance Week (2009-2013) exploring how opinion on war and conflict is reached and the purpose of Remembrance.
From 2009-2015, Platform-7 created large scale live performance art events in public spaces exploring how we construct our opinions on war and conflict. These abstract performances of poetry, music, dance, visual art, installations, sound and film sought to challenge people's perceptions through a sensitive and immersive approach that encouraged dialogue on how we all reach our view on war.

Up The Line was a unique and experimental live performance event taking place during darkness in Brockley and Ladywell cemetery, a designated nature reserve. Dancers, poets, musicians and multimedia artists performed short 3-minute pieces of work exploring how we all reach our opinions on war and conflict. The intention behind these events was to create a fresh innovative method that encourage reflection on the issues of remembrance, war, conflict and the consequences of discord.
Events took place within cemeteries during darkness (2009, 2010 & 2011), across London Underground (2012) and simultaneously on over 30 London streets and internationally (2013).
