2-Minutes of Silence on the London Underground
One of the most interesting elements of the project is the observance of the 2-minutes silence that takes place across all of London's
transport system every Remembrance Day. Images on television news programmes show whole stations and other public spaces coming to a standstill with heads solemnly bowed and silent with due respect for those who died during two World Wars. Reality?
