There are three committees each tasked with different aspects of the event. Music and Poetry will be presenting their work in the first week of October to other artists. This work is then passed on to the Command who needs to disseminate the instructions and ensure compliance from all the units on the stations.
Cabinet Committee

Charged with overseeing the safe delivery of the event, the Cabinet is made up of a various mixture of people of all ages with different backgrounds, experience and approach. Two thirds of the Cabinet are NOT artists.

Music Committee

Charged with creating a music score , a series of notations or other form of direction for musicians to perform on the morning of the event.

Poetry Committee

Charged with creating a poem, a text or a piece of literature for performance poets to interpret or perform on the morning on the event.

Is a North American poet who won the Discovery/The Nation Award. Her 4th book of poems, Lamentation with June Bug, will be forthcoming in 2013
Visiting Lecture UCL, surrealist poet awarded first place for writing by ACER in 1993 and 1994
Published and performance poet, founder of Alarms and Excursion Collective
