​The application process mirrors an ‘elitist’ private Members Club model. ​

Everyone must apply via an application form [click].  If a person already involved with ‘no man’s land’ has nominated an artist the application must include the nominator’s name.  Being nominated automatically adds an artist to the pool without further assessment.  All other applicants go through a close assessment process involving Command, the Cabinet, the Committees and artists already involved in this project.​

 

Applicants can be added to the artist pool or rejected without any reason offered.  Anyone already involved with the event can ‘Blackball’* an applicant.  ​
