Captains​

Captains have a senior role in the event yet creative input is stifled by the pledge to carry out the demands and instructions of the Cabinet and Committees via Command.

 

Captains are invited to take control of up to 3 stations.  In one station the Captain takes direct control and is also one of the poets, musicians, sculptors or videographers.   The Captain also oversees the stations of two sergeants.  The Captain key role is to gathers all the information from Command and disseminates it correctly across the 3 stations.  Captains have no access to Committees or Cabinet​

 

Sergeants

Sergeants gather all their information from their Captain and insure their station understands the instructions.  Like the Captain, the Sergeant will be involved as a performer, sculptor or videographer.  Sergeants have no access to Command or above.
