​Deliberately bureaucratic, layers of structure disrupt the ability to make quick decisions or take control.  The structure has had to be heavily adapted in response to the original command structure laid out by the creator [click].    ​

 

The music and poetry remains the domain of the committees [click].  Each station has a diamond unit shape made up of a musician, a poet, a sculpture  and videographer who will document the event.  ​​

 

The diamond unit has more freedom on the frontline to individualise their station while still striving to ensure the overall objective is achieved; presenting a coherent single event across numerous tube stations simultaneously.
