The sculpture and documentation need to respond to the performers and environment.  Originally conceived as a passive role, the input of the videographer has become more prominent as the event has evolved. ​

 

In response, a Diamond Unit has been developed for each station with much more autonomy allowing freedom on the frontline to individualise each station while still striving to ensure t​he overall objective is achieved; presenting a coherent single event across numerous tube stations simultaneously.​​

 

Each unit must stay within the realms of the overall event, as laid out left and within the remit of the Committees and Cabinet [click].

The Units are formed using the artist’s pool [click] picked by individual Captains’ [click] with the assistance of Command.
