This is a fluid plan, constantly in flux and subject to change.  Phase One outlined how the event was initiated and early thinking and processes employed from April to August 2012.  As more artists became involved the event began to evolve over September 2012. At the end of September Arts Council England refused funding on the grounds of management concerns and quality of artists; to read the assessment [click].  Phase Three involves continuing with a scaling back project to 15 stations mainly due to insurance costs.  Phase Four will consider post event evaluation.   Written: 14th October 2012
